Bought 2 cables. Both are currently being hacked. The first cord ended where the cord and the piece that connects to the screen bent. It got to the point that the wires were showing. I decided to ignore it and just wrapped it in duct tape to reinforce it. This is the last step. Bought in October/November. Bought in 2019 for the second cable. I bought the second one as a spare in case the first one becomes unusable. I added the tape at the very beginning and it seems to have prevented the crease. But it had a magnet at the very tip. How it happened, no idea. I don't disable it and only use it in one area. I asked a question on this site over the weekend and still no response. I will try to add photos as soon as I post this review. It's beyond annoying as I didn't do it hard at all.
