Love this thing for thermometers and timers

I use a corded probe when cooking meat in the fryer which has helped a lot as I'm still getting used to it. The most amazing thing is seeing how much the meat continues to cook after you remove it from the heat. The preset temperatures for chicken, steak, pork, etc. are very convenient.
