The original iPhone lighting cable is too short and of poor quality. I've had so many Apple cables that the outer layer peeled off after a short time. And expensive to replace when buying from Apple. Charllen charging cable kit is affordable and very good quality. The set comes with 5 cables, the longest of which is 5ft, which I think should suit anyone. For comparison I took pictures with cables from Apple and Sharllen side by side. The photo shows that Sharllen's cable is much thicker and stronger.
