Review on Sunny Isle Jamaican Eyelash Eyebrow by Youngone Sevenfourgd

I give this product 2 stars because I paid for JBCO and ink pens. I could use JBCO as I already have an old mascara stick and save my money. I thought there were some other "special" ingredients that would aid growth, but those are just vitamin E oil and JBCO oil. It's not a serum at all. It's a thick oil. The instructions say to dip the wand into the bottle, wipe off the excess on a paper towel (which is wasteful and will leave a lot of excess), then apply. I wipe the excess into the bottle. It would be more convenient to put this product in mascara. It is best to put a little on your finger, rub it in and then use the brushes. I use Sunny Isle JBCO products and can confirm they work. I've been using this twice a day consistently for a week to regrow my over plucked brows. My brows fill in well and my hair grows faster. I'm just disappointed that I paid so much money for what I already had. I poured this into another bottle of JBCO which I had to combine as it is the same product.
