Ok overall it does what we need, I like the height as it keeps our largest towels off the floor. However, the little end balls that you place on your hands just sit there. They don't screw in and are EASY to remove. If you have young children, I do NOT recommend this product for this reason! Although the box appeared to be in perfect condition, it also had a huge dent in the bottom. Not quite what you would expect from stainless steel. Looks a bit cheap because of the dent. The metal itself is actually quite thin. IF you are a visual person then assembly is fairly easy with unmarked parts and washers, but if you are unfamiliar with visual things assembly can be tricky. The instructions also don't say that you have to put the end balls on your hands. It just shows an image of the final product and it's up to you to figure out that part yourself.
