Does become flat & lumpy.

I loved it but it takes up a lot of the bed! Lol Poor daddy to be! It does get flat fast and lumpy.so that was disappointing!  That's my feedback!

Pros

The pillow helps to maintain proper spinal alignment, which is vital for overall wellbeing during pregnancy

Cons

The cover may not be as durable as advertised
