OK, you don't want your kids to climb it, but otherwise it's really tough! The tubes have decent plastic plugs, oversized fittings and decent threaded inserts unlike most kits you will find. There's no padding, but you can add a little and the fabric feels more comfortable. No nasty plastic smell, nothing dangles, dangles or sways. Definitely beats anything you'll find at Wally World or pet stores at this price point, at least where I live. Everyone loves the upstairs condo! They even shrink! The bottom tier could be a bit wider to allow older cats to climb up and down more easily instead of jumping past it, but this is an easy change. I didn't think anyone would like a rope but one of the cats loves to chew on it! I think a bit of catnip spray could have been added to the kit because they practically drooled over it. They were very surprised that we put it together and tried to put all the pieces together before it was assembled! It's a good 5 feet tall and has a small footprint so it doesn't take up much space. Assembly is pretty easy. Left/Right was a bit confusing at first, but you can almost piece it together from the main product photo here. Would buy again. I am considering a second one as a family gift.
