Works well and looks like an OEM strap.

Make sure you have the correct screwdriver. Plus, they were easy to install and looked just like the old ones. I'm not a huge fan of the resin they make them from, but unless you're working with solvents and chemicals that will destroy what it's made of, then that's not a problem. If yes, then you'd better buy a watch with silicone straps.
