This is my fifth stabilizer. I have three from Fieyutech and two from Moza. I have also worked with DJI Ronin S, Weebill S and Crane 2S. No suspension is perfect. All have their pros and cons, and it all depends on your preferences and weight. I currently have an Air 2 and an Aircross 2 so I'll be comparing them to those two. I also have Slypod which is relevant to the discussion. In short, the Air 2 is a bigger and more powerful stabilizer. Aircross 2 is a lighter, less powerful, but more/better suspension. The Air 2 is just a gimbal while the Aircross 2 is a gimbal that also pairs with the Slypod to become a 6 degree motion control combo. Air 2 is heavy and powerful. If you want to use heavier lenses and pro bodies, go for the Air 2. Of course, it's not limitless performance. However, professional housings with f2.8 zoom can be used on this gimbal. Balancing and calibrating is easy if you've done it before. All around very solid. Many connection options. I personally like that it has 18650 batteries because I'm used to it. Some cables are included, but you will most likely need an adapter or other cable that isn't included. I ended up needing a USB-C to USB micro adapter for the Z6. I have one lying around, but I'm just saying. The great advantage of this gimbal is that it is powerful and can handle heavier loads. The big downside is that it's heavy, big, and doesn't (currently) pair with Slypod. Aircross 2 is lightweight, compact and connects to Slypod. With the Z6 (or a similar camera) you are limited to smaller and lighter lenses. I've used it with various f1.8 lenses and lighter zooms. A total load of 3lbs seems to be the limit and you will need to find the balance to achieve that and some positions will be questionable. So if you're okay with f1.8 primes and non-professional zooms, this gimbal might be for you. This is a more modern product. The kit includes the correct cable for the Z6. There are also more connection options. The battery is not standard but good. Can be charged in camera or off camera with standard USB-C. The big downside of this gimbal is its weight capacity. With a semi-pro FF body, you're limited to f1.8 prime and kit lenses. The biggest advantages are the Slypod's lighter weight, compactness and connectivity. Both have their own place so I kept both. If I want to go big and don't need to carry it miles, the Air 2 delivers. If I want to ride light and/or use a Slypod, the Aircross 2 comes in handy. The link to Slypod deserves attention. You can pair Aircross 2 with Slypod and get 6 degrees of motion control. Pitch, roll, yaw, heave, splash, sway. I wouldn't call it a professional solution, but it works, it's lightweight, and it's inexpensive compared to its closest competitor. The app could be better, but there are bugs. It's not ideal. But I got great shots. Having this functionality is actually a huge plus, even if it means I have to stick to Primes to use it. There is no winner here. I understand how annoying this can be for some because there are only winners and losers in this world. But between Air 2 and Aircross 2 I can't name a winner. I have also used many other stabilizers. Fieyutech is good but they just don't add many features. They are more basic. Solid but elementary. JI is good. Zhiyun is good. To be honest, what really sets Moza apart for me is the Slypod. It starts with Slypod. Add Aircross for 6 degrees of motion control. Add Air 2 for heavy lifting. All one application. I hate using 18 different apps so for me it's Moza. However, there is nothing wrong with other options. They work great too.
