After a month of using and adjusting the headband, I can say that they are worth the money spent. I find them very comfortable, have lots of open bass and pretty good mids and highs. Some tracks feel like a slight "haze" over the sound, but live music sounds very good on them. As someone who also owns the Sivga P-II, Focal Elegia and SHP 9500 headphones, I can say that these are the 'funniest' headphones I currently own. The soundstage is wider than that of the P-II but falls short in detail and isn't as good in either aspect as the Elegia, which costs over 3x what might be expected. Also, I think it would be the perfect gift for those who don't have "audiophile" headphones or other gear but enjoy listening to music. They are insanely EASY to remove from the phone and in my experience with the THX 789 amp with the SMSL M200 DAC and THX Portable DAC/amp the benefits are negligible compared to my other headphones which can be considered a good thing , since you don't. You don't have to spend a lot to get a great listening experience. Definitely recommend them to everyone for all day, every day.
