I ordered a Large, since I think this type of shirt is meant to be a relaxed fit. Large was perfect for me. I am 5'8, 150lbs. waist 29 Chest size 38C-D. If I was smaller chested, a medium might have worked as well, but I need the extra there unless I lose weight (Sigh). I am planning a trip to hot climates, and may do some fishing so I wanted great sun protection, but cool and breathable. This shirt will be perfect. I order the pink, which I love, as it has a very slight peachy tone and is not too pink/girly. The fabric is not super stretchy so don't plan on that.but it does give nicely--just right so the shirt has some body and keeps its shape.
