Fits husband 12 feet very well. The water stays warm which is a big plus. Nice features like the rotating foot pad massager. Was disappointed that it arrived unpackaged in a plain postal box. It was not packaged in its own maker's box; very strange as if it had been repurposed and the original packaging damaged, lost or destroyed. It's very wide to accommodate big feet but makes it a bit difficult to find the right cabinet for it.
