I like that it is easy for my clients to use! It has helped me with all their phone needs from answering service calls, transferring customers between departments/lines (customer care), recording voicemails, etc. The customer support team can be slow at times but they are always helpful when you do get in touch with them. They have been great about adding new features over time as well which makes using this system even better than other systems we've used before. We're able solve our client's communication problems very quickly by setting up an automated call transfer feature so they don't need to answer every incoming call anymore.
