Leather grip on these grips isn't great. very slippery and the grips themselves are not very well padded. The last thing you want from shoulder gear is your handlebars slipping off. I wasn't impressed with the actual 15mm clamping force. they kept sliding. Every time I pulled on the focus with one hand and held the entire shoulder rig with one hand, the grip only gave a light squeeze. not for professional use and I would suggest socket handles.
