Bought for my granddaughter aged 4-15. I sent her the box home to make my own bandages as we didn't have time before she had to do it. go home to make one. She has long brown hair and the headbands are the perfect size for her head. Her father is a commercial artist. I suggested that she ask "Daddy" to help her as she "didn't know how to do it" and wanted to do it right away. When she returned home, she immediately entrusted "Papa" to help her design two headbands for her (to her specifications, of course!). The two spent more than an hour making bandages. This set gives parents and grandparents a vehicle/time to do what little girls love. My granddaughter felt special because "her father" spent time just for her and made a useful and unique hair accessory. The accessories are not "everything", elegant or high quality. But for the price, kids and adults alike can take the risk of creating something together without much financial risk. I cannot recommend this project more highly. Little diva girls will love this.
