Review on Patented Detachable Wheeled Briefcase 94366 by Jeff Driscoll

IMPRESSIVE IMPRESSION This is the BEST bag I have ever seen at this price point. I chose a dark red color that stands out and really stands out. I ordered it last week and used it on a business trip this week. It looks very impressive and high quality, so I immediately received a lot of compliments. As mentioned in other reviews, the stitching adds a touch of class to the bag and also makes it more unique than if it was the matching color. BENEFITS: Includes a mini umbrella attached to a hook on a wheeled platform behind the bag. Not sure how easy it is to get there, but it's a nice addition that I wasn't expecting. There's also a cool front zip pocket that holds magazines, your schedule, passport, travel itinerary, or any other document you might need quick access to. The wheels are very strong and the handle works well. It was very easy to maneuver from climbing stairs to turning the wheels when I needed to cover a longer distance. Unlike bulkier bags, I didn't slow down my group as we traversed different terrain or when transitioning from carrying to riding and back again. CONS: While you can fit a larger laptop, expect the fit to be a bit tight. I was able to fit the power cord, pens, financial calculator, etc., but you may have to figure out how to pack everything you need in the bag. After packing all my stuff I couldn't find a place for the shoulder strap so I put it aside and left it at the hotel, but that's a downside of leather compared to other types of materials that are more stretchy. Another minor downside is that opening the bag from the platform isn't as smooth as it could be. To remove the bag you need to open two zippers on the sides and one on the bottom. It was much easier when the bag was completely empty. All in all, the Ellyn by McKlein USA bag is definitely made for the business traveler looking for a quality, beautiful leather bag. In fact, the bag looks so pretty that I think I'll only use it for business trips and buy a separate "casual" bag for my office, which has a more casual vibe. If you work in a more formal environment, your co-workers will surely notice.
