The set is very soft, the material is excellent. Definitely the real deal. The only criticism is that the pants are too short. My daughter is small for her age and yet the pants are short. It will only last a few months. She's 3 and I'm 3, I should have picked 4. Also, I would definitely recommend just going up a size.
