Looks good and easy to install F250 2012

Great product. Looks great. Took me about an hour to install from opening the box to completion. On my 2012 Ford F250 I simply routed the wire harnesses forward to the turn signal lights and connected one wire to the turn signal and the other to the running light. The white wire went to the rear, connected to an extension, and connected to a purple wire that terminated at the frame rail on the back of my footpegs. This is the perfect place to hook up the white light as it is a synchronized dome lighting circuit that activates when you unlock or lock your doors and open the doors. Operate the turn signal once before the lamp circuit takes control. I installed mine face down under the rocker panels and they were very easy to peel and stick after a good surface cleaning. The light strip has an "opt7" logo in the center of the strip, making it easy to center the strip between doors. **** The tape is not from 3M and has already peeled off in one place. I'll fill up with better quality tape. The fixtures don't come with cables and your cables will be exposed to the elements you don't somehow close. Be sure to strip the wire 2-3 times the usual length and fold it into a thicker wire end as the wires in the bundle are of such small cross section that it is difficult to make a good connection otherwise.
