Great for exercise and as a desk chair!
These balls are awesome! I got one for each of my boys and they use them constantly! Good quality, and have stood up to two months of daily hard use so far. My older son uses his as a bouncy "chair" for e-learning as well as racing his little brother around the house. They even convinced me to get the adult sized one for myself, and while I can't bounce on mine the way they do, it's nice for bouncing and swaying and feels good on my back. Highly recommend!
- My youngest loves this ball! It pumps up easy and is bad of thick plastic so it won't pop!
- The ball may not hold up well to long-term use
