I can wear small to medium-sized shoes with everything I buy. After reading the reviews I ordered a large one. It fits great over a regular sweater, there is no way to wear extra warm clothing underneath, the sleeves are just long enough, the hood is too big so my hair doesn't get wet, I can barely see around it due to the need to tighten the hood. I bought a new one from a small shop, I can easily wear a hoodie underneath.
