works well, the programming was not intuitive but after reading the instructions it was easy to do. I used them on a wreath hanging outside a window, was afraid the light inside would confuse the light sensor, but it works great. Fingers crossed, 2C batteries last all season. Oh! and that gets past my pet nuisance with LED bulbs - they're really warm - not that horrible bright white/blue tint. Also, depending on your needs, you should know that they are NOT super bright and 50 lights is about enough for a small (18"?) wreath.
