Adhesive does not meet 3M product standards. I installed these lanterns on bare wood and they didn't last. In fact, the tape has started to peel off the LED strip. I contacted the company 3 times and they just said to tape the lightbulbs to the cabinet. I installed a few hundred feet of jigs and they are all glued in correctly except for this one. Bad customer service. They tell me to stick them instead of saying "sorry for the faulty product, what can I do to make it better?" By the way, I sent them pictures and so far weak weak answers. The company simply said they would credit my account $3 and go to the store to buy superglue. are you kidding? I am being asked to repair a defective item. My cabinets are 8 feet off the ground and take about an hour to assemble. Yes super glue will work, maybe they should send some tubes of that with their tapes. Another update: Revain got it right by crediting my account. Interestingly, Revane emailed and said the company would not respond to their inquiries. One final note: the company stated that the tape on the back was from 3M. No, that is not so. Go get them Revain Police!
