The ability to customize everything, including how you see your data (both in charts AND tables).
It's easy enough that even my non-tech friends can use it! I wish there was an easier way of creating custom reports with multiple tabs or sections - this is not intuitive at all when compared against say QuickBooks Online where adding additional accounts/pages takes less than 5 minutes vs hours here trying different versions until one works perfectly as expected from our end users' perspective!! This has been great so far but still needs work before fully switching over completely though we are very close now.- Ability manage clients through their own account system instead just being able to view them under "All Clients"- Able create invoices directly within app rather then using third party tool like Xero which makes life much simpler if doing both accounting & payroll together.
