I have been working with them for more than 2 years now! They are fast, efficient, reliable and their customer service has always exceeded expectations - even when you're having an off day yourself!! As long as you have someone who understands business needs first-hand (but also can take direction from your manager/team leader) then this team will be just fine for any size organization. Honestly there isn't much to write home about here. We've had some issues over our tenure but they were promptly taken care of by the account managers once notified. If anything at all comes up it's normally dealt within hours rather than days and if not fixed straight away it gets escalated internally through management until resolved properly. Data Entry Services - especially those involving repetitive tasks such as transcription and digitization.- Timely delivery of work assigned.- Easy access to management throughout project duration.- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.- Flex.
