Quality construction and heavy weight, but the height is too low for use with toilet paper. See 3 photos. I could leave it and just use it as a towel rack on the countertop. If you remove a piece, its perfect height will be used as a towel holder. Pole on the other side to make it short and use as a towel rail on the kitchen worktop. I'm so glad there is a way to solve the height issue, it would help and I didn't have to return these items. Update: They have great customer service. They contacted me straight away and sent me 2 extra bars at no extra charge so I am now completely happy with my purchase. I will update my review and give this product 5 stars.
