Magnet Fall Off: Computers and Accessories

Okay, this will be my last review. I went back to reconsider and change how I felt twice, but that's how it was meant to be (hopefully). β€’ Rating: I like the backpack very much, it offers enough space for my books and feels robust. The only issue I had with this backpack was one of the magnets fell off, but they fixed it (more on that below). β€’ So I received the backpack about 2 or 3 weeks ago and after a week I used one of the magnets because the front pocket fell off. I contacted them via email (sales@vaschy.com), they replied two days later and said they apologize for the wait because they were on vacation. I emailed them twice but only got a reply after 3 or 4 days. I resented the time in between because I was hoping to fix it as soon as possible. It turns out they were only out of the office for a few days due to the holidays being in China. But they sent me a brand new backpack and the old one wasn't even reclaimed. I'm happy and it's a good backpack. β€’ If you want to contact them, the best way is sales@vaschy.com.
