Review on 🧴 Vivaplex Clear Glass Bottles with Lids: The Ultimate Travel Essentials by Karen Mogel

So I ordered two types of bottles. 24 "Vivaplex" 1/4 dram 1oz clear bottles with caps and 24 "Vivaplex" 15ml clear bottles with black caps. 24x 1/4 dram are perfect, perfect size, perfect cap, perfect glass quality, they really seem to go the extra mile with their bottles. OR IT SEEMS until I open the 24 x 15ml in the same pack and run some tests on the same day. That is NOT 15 ml! No matter what is written on the packaging OR on the detail page, 20 ml fit in! I know my bottles well, especially the 15ml bottle which is NOT! I am very frustrated with the 15ml bottles / my order in general. It shouldn't be difficult to get it right. If I had to order again through this company, I would probably try the bottles marked "10ml" as they most likely are not suitable for 15ml 🤦‍♂. Please contact me regarding this. or I'll get back to you, PCS Products, aka Vivaplex.? PS If you want 20ml vials these are awesome! EDIT: I contacted you to explain my issue and the company kindly refunded my money in full. That's the kind of thing I'm now a regular customer of despite this issue! Thanks for solving the problem and maybe double check the EXACT size of all your next 10ml and 15ml bottles. Because even on my box they were marked 15ml. Thanks very much! Incidentally, excellently sealed bottles with additional sealing on the lid! How sweet. Excellent packaging. It would be a 5/5 rating if it weren't for the 15ml vials and not the 20ml vials to match the 15ml display. Sad because they are still one of my favorite quality vials, glass xao wiss, parts etc quality. Plus great price and fantastic shipping/packaging job! Thanks guys/gals!
