Edit 9/4/19: The sleeve pocket literally stuck and came loose in the wash haha. Rating downgraded to 2 stars. Initial Rating (4 stars): First, I saw many reviews complaining about the placement of the pocket and velcro. While not PERFECT, the placement seems standard based on other "tactical" polos I've looked at and it's not a big deal for those who can reach their chests. My main complaint about the Velcro is that it's 2" x 3.5". It would be better if the surface area was larger as my patch is 3 x 3.5 but it will adhere well. My criticism of the bag is that it is small and could use a lot more sleeve room. Oh good. The shirt itself is a bit heavier than I would expect based on the material, but it's breathable and comfortable to wear. I wear size XL and although it's a bit tight considering the fit it's pretty good value. If you plan on carrying a concealed weapon then you should definitely go up a size, but if not, any size you usually wear will do. The neck is a little big, but it isn't. I like. I have basically no neck so this will not detract from my review but a fair warning to everyone else. The sleeves are elbow-length, which isn't critical for me either, but if you want to show off your biceps then this shirt isn't for you. Needs, because my needs boil down to "showing off my team patch" and "looking good doing it".
