Works a little...! the best in my rating
My waist size is 30-32 depending on the day of the week so I ordered a 32 inch belt. I barely make it to the first hole. I just lost 35 pounds on keto so I was excited to get a new belt that fits. I can get uncomfortable on the second hole when I suck. Can return it, not sure yet. I like having my straps on at least the second hole. Maybe I just need to lose some weight.
