I was really hesitant about buying this diaper. As a mother of 3 I have tried so many different flavors! I hate spending money on one only to find the kid doesn't even like it. This is a game changer! My little boy loves this item! He won't sleep unless his arms are down and wrapped good and tight. At first I didn't like it because he raised his hands and stretched his neck and woke up. I thought it wouldn't work and was so annoyed that I spent more money on a useless baby product. But then I decided to try again and wrap it tighter. And voila! This thing is like magic! To be honest I dread the day he starts rolling over and can't use it anymore (I already bought the one with hand slots to help with the transition). The material is great quality, the velcro works well and I love that it has snaps so it doesn't move down baby's face. I haven't used the "legs out" option, but it's nice to know I can if I need to. My advice is to buy at least two so you have a spare while one is in the wash. buy - just do it!
