I like how easy it is to create campaigns with this tool! The platform itself isn't too complicated but sometimes you have to figure out what works best in your campaign or message before using it (like some of their templates).

Sometimes if there are issues when creating a template they will not answer back so that can be frustrating at times as well. It's good product though worth trying because all around we do great work which helps our clients get more engagement from social media platforms. We use them for both client projects as well as internal training programs.
