This is the most amazing belt so I bought 3 black ones. They start at 44 inches in length with decorative perforations throughout the strap for easy adjustment. I lost some weight and was too long even with the extra belt loop. So I unscrewed the screw, cut off 4 inches. and brought it back. GREAT! My husband stole the second belt and attached a western buckle to it. We are both very happy with our very adjustable straps. :) They weren't black so I just bought one of the brown ones (it's a dark brown which really makes it a "warm" black).
