Bought the under skirt to puff up my dress to give it more volume, make my waist look smaller, and to lift my dress about 2 inches from the floor so it wasn’t dragging. Looked great, fit well, and was able to find a color to match. I did cut it up in the front since my dress was asymmetrical and the underskirt reached the top of my knees. Chopped it up and it all worked out.
