I give this product 2 stars because of the product presentation at delivery. As seen in the attached pictures. Delivery was on time. I believe the item may not be genuine; However, the colors are rich, pleasing, and pair well with darker skin. I have a smaller and real morph palette that my sister gave me for Christmas. Slightly different packaging. (though not by much). I have contacted the sellers and have not yet received a response when permission has been granted. (replacement or refund). This palette is no longer manufactured. All colors have small craters and cracks where each color from this lot simply crumbles on contact with the applicator and breaks into smaller crumbs when applied throughout the eye. Please help and contact me for a solution! More than a month has passed since the order, but on time. What other cumbersome steps associated with this product have to endure.
