The platform has been very useful in terms of managing our guest reservations for over six years now! It's super easy to check availability with guests at any time without having them call us directly or send an email - it works perfectly as part if my business process flow (and I love how reliable this service can be). There are some minor glitches here & there but they have always responded quickly when we've had issues so these problems don't really bother me much anymore either way since everything seems like working just fine most days :) Our team loves using bokeos services because its simple yet powerful enought odo what you need done easily while also being able tto track all your bookings from one place which makes life easier than ever before!! I love how easy it was to use (especially with my mobile). It's also great for getting out of your office when you need an extra set hands! Nothing really - but maybe some features could be added like being able to add multiple agents or even clients. Keep up all good work guys!! The benefits are endless once we have implemented bookeos into our business workflow; from timekeeping through invoicing etc., everything has been made so much easier by having this software in place.
