I love these cover plates. They have a backing plate that screws to the actual switches and then a snap on screwless plate. See my pic which is of the 2 gang version. The really nice thing about the backing plate is that you can tighten the screws on it to the actual switches that will 'center' your switches and then there is a hole that opens up to the screws in the switches themselves that tighten the switch into the junction box. So you can center them and then tighten everything down. Awesome plates. Haven't striped one yet either.
