The box itself is the right size and all the flaps are cut correctly but the problem with the boxes is that the tape doesn't stick well. I used clear tape, masking tape, and colored tape. At first everything seems to stick well, and after 30 minutes all the taped boxes have opened! This is a serious problem. The solution is to use enough tape to enclose the entire box so that the tape sticks to itself and not the box material. I'm all for using recycled material, but at least double the amount of tape has to be used or the box will pop open unexpectedly. I'm glad I found this issue before shipping, otherwise all the boxes would have been opened during shipping! It would be a disaster! Keep in mind.
