Amazing! I wear them for two days and I totally notice the difference! I wear them when I'm on the phone, working on the computer or watching TV. I am sensitive to light and these glasses have reduced eye strain, reduced tearing and eye fatigue and made working with electronics much easier! I really hate technology to be honest, but these glasses make me hate it less. I was unaware of how much my eyes hurt and the role they played in how I felt about using the necessary technology. I never wanted to make phone calls etc. Now I can get the job done easily. In addition, they are very light and comfortable to wear. I have ordered six different pairs and styles of blue light glasses from Amazon. I checked and tried them all. This couple is a winner!
