These Christmas scented incense sticks come with two separate sealed packs, so you can keep half sealed while using the other half. They are the thicker variety of incense with a thin wooden base that fits in the smallest hole of my incense holder. Because they are thicker it does take a little extra effort to light them than small, thin incense. But once lit they do emit a quite strong piney soapy aroma. It's a bit hard to define but it is strong and it is remaniscent of the holidays for sure. It did not take long for the scent to travel throughout the house. It will help set the holiday theme this year.
