It took them a few decently long walks to get comfortable, but once they "got into the habit" they were great. If you look at the bottom you can see where they "punched"! That section of rubber was a really uncomfortable feel until it wore out a bit. I have a feeling they won't last very long the way they happened but so far I like them. That was right after the trip that threw away the washing machine. They are good for the price and I like their sporty look. Worth a try but you have to commit to wearing them until they are comfortable.
