So the hat is adorable and seems to be good quality although I wouldn’t really know because I can’t wear it. Because it comes misshapen and cannot, I repeat CANNOT be reshaped with steam I can’t wear it because it’s hideous in the shape it’s in. I’ve tried for weeks several times in various ways to reshape and train the brim and it keeps reshaping itself to its original crunched misshaped manner. I guess you get what you pay for but I’m super disappointed in the hat because of this. Don’t buy it if you want a hat that you can reshape but if you are ok with it looking like a rippled mess then this hat is for you.
