An honest review and try on of this cartoon sweater. different weather conditions and it let them all down!
I work outside a lot, this "waterproof" sweater "withstands" rain for about 3 minutes and only in very light rain! Any rain other than a drizzle that lasts more than 3-4 minutes and you're soaked to the skin, soaked to the skin! In terms of wind protection, the hood sucks in the wind, can't keep it on your head at all and seems to be able to blow right through the material and cool you down instantly!
