people when I could give 0 stars, I would. The first one I received was very fragile and the seat cover broke within a week. It was torn more and more until it became unusable. Ordered a replacement because it was working really well before the break. Replacement is a completely different product! No seat protector, just an open hole larger than our seat. Around the open hole is a strip of barbed Velcro that will rip my child's arms. The replacement goes straight to the landfill, I handle the returns back and forth.
