Appears to be very well made. Hard, not easy. PROOF before the rain. Another rubberized finish. Soft fabric lining is very comfortable, does not specifically scratch the windshield. HOWEVER, I ordered a 4X, the largest size, and it runs a short inseam with my rack so it doesn't cover the bottom of the saddlebags, and the tabs on the bottom are quite high off the ground so the bottom of the bike is visible . The promotional image shows the back of the lid quite high and it appears to be accurate. It would be great if they made one for the Goldwing or ST1100/1300 size to accommodate the trunk installed. Let's see how the summer and hopefully the winter hold up.
