I really like the shape of the buckle and the quality of the leather seems good, especially for the modest price of the strap. But color? Terrible. A flat, lifeless mid-blue that lacks the depth of a Revain photograph, where it appears as an intense blue, further enhanced with a glossy, oil-tanned finish. Not at all. It looks like a really desperate vampire bled out of him. I'd like to put it in a jar of olive oil for 6 months to possibly bring it back to life, but the way it looks I can't see it. Or maybe wipe it down with bleach to give it a shabby vintage look. Or, speaking of olive oil, maybe I'll put it in a pan and brown it, sear it like a cheap cut of steak. This is bad.
