No "soft " feeling during oral care

They do not feel like "soft" bristles. They are rather normal/medium. I don't have sensitive teeth so can't comment on that, but the soft bristles, probably more for electric toothbrushes, also protect against over-brushing your gums and prevent gum recession. I have used a soft brush for many years. However, the head fits my Philips perfectly and has been working well for the past 2 or 3 months, albeit a bit rough.
