Really flat: powder puffs
I used to order this type of powder puffs from several different sellers. They usually come full and plump but I think this brand sucked them or something because they were SUPER flat when they arrived. I thought if I left the packaging open and let it air out a bit it would puff up like an air blown mattress but it didn't work. They still work well but not as well when full and fluffy but I can't find this seller anymore. Unless it's a crazy bargain price or they start eating them full and fluffy, I probably won't buy them again.
