These are pure garbage

Used them 2 times, the base of the handles keep coming off and flying all over, everything in the handles unscrew themselves, so basically, while you’re jumping rope, the handles are falling apart. Threw them in the trash. Would not advise getting these at all, find something else.

Beginner here. Easy to adjust and possibly too light for beginners

while jumping rope bc the handle rotates as you jump it might come off.
