Good quality outlet. I used them with 6W GU 5.3 12V MR16 LED. They fit easily onto my LED bulbs on the connector with a good solid connection. It should be noted that despite the fact that these sockets are small, the wire comes out of the back without a corner. This may not fit in the body of the light if your old connections are slanted. They barely fit in my ceiling light because my old connector was at a 90 degree angle. It was tight, but since my unit was a bit larger, it was ok.
