Review on 🎧 EPOS SENNHEISER Adapt 460T (1000205): Dual-Sided, Wireless Bluetooth Neckband Headset with ANC for Mobile Phone & Softphone by Jerry Crist

I've been working from home for almost a decade now. I've been looking for a quality wireless bluetooth headset for a long time that connects to both my laptop's softphone and my mobile phone. Everyone has some kind of defect. Issues with noise cancellation, volume, speech intelligibility, range, works well for music but not calls or vice versa etc etc etc and this one is no exception. It connects easily to both devices and the music from my iPhone sounds fantastic. Calls to my cell phone also sound great, but I keep getting complaints about background noise. Also, the audio is terrible on my laptop through Zoom or Avaya softphone. I have to crank it up to the 80's to hear or be heard. And when it was connected to both devices, it automatically switched to my Apple Music as soon as it stopped ringing, which is a little annoying when I'm trying to work. I will say that the battery life is fantastic and the neck strap is comfortable to wear all day. I tried to love this headset but unfortunately it just wasn't for me.
